All purchases are considered final. We do not grant refunds for a change of mind. However, within 30 days from the purchase date, we are pleased to offer exchanges or issue credit notes, provided the items remain unused, unworn, and are in their original condition with packaging intact.

Returns can be made in-store for credit or shipped back by the customer at their own expense. For return shipments, we recommend using a reliable and trackable service as VeyeP cannot assume responsibility for any returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
